We are excited to introduce “The Huddle,” a dynamic approach to our Weekly Coordination Meeting for missionary efforts in our Area. This video showcases how these gatherings should be structured.
The Huddle is designed to be an informal yet purposeful meeting involving the ward mission leader (when called), a member of the Elder’s Quorum presidency, a Relief Society counselor, representatives from the Young Men and Young Women, and the full-time missionaries.
These huddles should occur every week and last no more than 10 minutes, no matter who can attend. Our focus will be on two key objectives:
- Identify recently baptized members who missed the Sacrament meeting and ensure someone is assigned to visit them, ideally the same day.
- Collaborate with full-time missionaries to strategize how ward members can effectively fellowship those who are being taught.
The goal is to boost baptisms and ensure that every recent convert feels welcomed and supported. Your participation in The Huddle is vital to our mission's success!
